Sunny Ridge Construction did an outstanding job building a footbridge over the creek on my property. The craftsmanship is excellent — they matched the Timbertech composite decking and black railing perfectly to my existing deck. The arched design gives it a really polished look. The whole project came out better than I expected at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any outdoor construction work.

Mark and his team at Sunny Ridge Construction were, without a doubt, the highlight of our entire home building experience. From the moment they started, it was clear that they operated at a completely different level than anyone else involved in our project. The quality of their framing work was exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, precision, and a level of craftsmanship that is hard to find. You could tell they took real pride in what they were building, and it showed in every part of the structure. It gave us a sense of confidence and peace of mind knowing that the foundation of our home was in such capable hands. Beyond the quality of their work, their professionalism truly stood out. They kept an incredibly clean and organized jobsite throughout their time with us, which made a lasting impression. They showed up ready to work every day, put in long hours, and maintained a strong work ethic from start to finish. There was never a sense of rushing or cutting corners, only a consistent commitment to doing things the right way. What made the experience even more meaningful was how Mark and his crew treated us. They were courteous, patient, and always willing to answer questions or walk us through what they were doing. They made us feel comfortable and respected at every stage, which is something we did not experience with most others during the build. They were not only great at what they do, but they were genuinely great people to have around. Out of all the contractors involved in our home, Mark was one of the very few that we truly did not want to see leave when his part of the job was done. That says everything about the kind of team he leads and the standard he sets. While we are choosing not to name our builder due to an overall experience that fell far short of expectations, it makes us even more grateful that Mark and his team were part of our project. They were a bright spot in an otherwise difficult process, and we cannot recommend Sunny Ridge Construction highly enough.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Mark and his team did on our home remodeling project. We needed to add a basement staircase, and Mark came up with an incredibly smart, cost‑effective solution that minimized disruption to our living space. By relocating our first-floor bathroom just a few feet, he was able to design and install a beautiful spiral staircase that saved both space and money. The craftsmanship is outstanding—the staircase looks incredible and blends seamlessly with the rest of our home. What truly stood out was Mark’s ability to complete the project efficiently without turning it into a large, costly renovation. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
